Hello Alpenglow Family!
I hope y’all have had a great spring so far! We’ve been very busy, but thoroughly enjoying the new addition to our three-now-four-ring-circus over here. Ellis is growing and thriving and Worthy is the sweetest, doting big brother. And a shocker after Worthy - I think he is going to have a blond haired, blue eyed brother!
The transition to a family of four humans and one dog has been a tall order, but overall we’re managing well. Like last time, my body has taken a minute to catch up with my mind – a great reminder to listen and truly take things slow. I’m just now feeling comfortable going on long walks and returning to some stretching and strength exercises. The key has been giving myself grace as I recover.
That being said - I’m so excited to come back and see all of you! I’ll be returning to my full schedule Tuesday, April 30, as we head into summer. As of now, this is when you’ll be able to see me:
Tuesday 1:30- 5:45 pm
Wednesday 1:30- 5:45 pm
Thursday 9 am- 1:30 pm
Friday 9 am- 1:30 pm
I cannot wait to catch up with all of you and hear how you’re doing! I’m very thankful for my Alpenglow team for carrying your care while I have been away. Feel free to stick with your new practitioner or come back to see me, whichever works best for you and your schedule!
