Gratitude 2023

It’s that time of year - where we turn our focus to gratitude. Here is what our staff had to say:

I am so grateful for the wonderful community we have here at Alpenglow. From my fellow staff members, to all the wonderful patients, I feel blessed to be a part of this. I know that people come here for healing, but I get something out of it too. I get good advice, recommendations, recipes and support and I feel lucky to get to do this each and every day.

-Karen

I'm grateful to have such a supportive fiancé Marshall and our 8 month old pup Lottie making life an adventure. I'm surrounded by wise women and sincerely appreciate my team at Alpenglow Acupuncture. Watching my patient’s progress in their healing journey is so rewarding and I feel fortunate to be part of it every day.

-Esme

I'm grateful for the supportive relationships in my life, the opportunities that have shaped my journey, and the lessons learned from both successes and challenges. Each day, I appreciate the chance to grow, connect, and contribute to the world around me.

-Cortnae

In this season of reflection, I'm grateful for the opportunity to do what I love, spend time with family and friends and connect with people sincerely. I'm grateful for all those who have helped me with my mom over the years and continue to do so. I'm grateful for my health, my spiritual and physical practices that help me to grow as a person and to feel my best. I feel blessed to be able to support my clients as well as myself, in our journey toward greater health and peace, as we explore and experience natural ways to support the body, mind and spirit.

-Elena

I am so grateful that I wake up each morning in peace greeted by a kiss from my very loving dog and watching the magic, miracles and blessings unfold throughout each day. I am thankful to be working with and surrounded by people who are loving and support the well-being of others. I am grateful for this adventure of my life, and all of the possibilities it brings.

-Sheri

For my list of “gratefuls” this year, I tried to focus on the intangibles that have been coming up, instead of the obvious answers that I usually have. So, what does that mean?

At home and in the office, I’m grateful for the willingness and flexibility of my teammates (believe it or not, this includes my toddler) to help get things done! I’m also grateful for the grace I get as my body morphs for a second time, growing a human. Sometimes my intentions don’t match my current physical abilities, so to be able to ask for HELP is something I’m very thankful for.

Personally, I’m grateful for my strength and determination— to feed myself well, continue to move intentionally, maintain good sleep patterns in order to be in a good mental, emotional and physical space to bring a baby into the world. That, I’m proud of myself for.

And most of all, I’m grateful to my patients- your TRUST in our abilities to help you as much as we can. We appreciate you so much! What are some of the things you’re grateful for? Happy thankful season to all!

-Sarah
