Okay, let's talk about exercise. What are you doing these days? As many of you know, I am an avid skier, and am really looking forward to some serious snow in the mountains. Come on, mother nature!! But, quite sadly, skiing isn't a year round sport.
I also enjoy rock climbing, both at the gym and outdoors. Are you seeing a trend here? The exercise I love is disguised as fun.
Most recently, I've added getting into the "regular" gym a couple times a week - and I bring my cousin along. Because of all the grunting and whining that she does (in jest, of course), I get an extra ab workout from laughing so much. Again, exercise disguised as fun.
Some people like to set goals and measure progress, and I used to be like that. Nowadays, I just like to make sure I'm moving my body on a regular basis, and yes, having fun.
So what are you doing? Is it fun? Maybe it's time to take a look at your routine (or time to start one) and make sure it's working out your smile muscles as well!
